Order your own charging key following these steps:
1. Download Fortum Charge & Drive App
2. In the app, under “Account” click “Charging keys / charging cards”
3. Click “Order now”
4. Select either charging key or charging card
  (if you want both, order each separately)
  5. Add delivery address and click “save”
  6. Click: order
Usually, the customer needs to activate the discount campaign code via Fortum Charge & Drive app, in order to benefit from the discounted charging price when charging with a charging key. This is informed always with the discount campaign’s terms and conditions. After the campaign code activation, the customer can enjoy of the discounted price also when charging with the charging key. Most discount campaigns also are applicable only to consumer customers, excluding business customers using the charging key.
Using charging keys is very secure from technical point-of-view.
The only problem there might be with charging key is that if you have many different providers’ charging keys in your keychain and you need to be careful which one is tapped at the charging stations and thys activated, when you start your charging session. However, Fortum Charge & Drive’s charging key is often the only one you need: you get access to over 38.000 charging stations in the Nordics.
