  Finland IONITY Pass Standard: charging price 0,30€/kWh + monthly fee 6,99€/month.
  IONITY Pass Plus: charging price 0,24€/kWh + monthly fee 12,99€/month.

  Norway
  IONITY Pass Standard: charging price 3,80 kr/kWh + monthly fee 79 kr/month.

• How much do I need to charge my EV, to benefit from the IONITY Pass discount?

  Finland

  -If you charge for 160 km (32 kWh) per month at IONITY charging points with Fortum Charge & Drive, you would already pay off the monthly fee of the IONITY Pass Standard.

  -If you charge for 245 km (49 kWh) per month at IONITY charging points with Fortum Charge & Drive, you would already pay off the monthly fee of the IONITY Pass Plus.

  Norway

  -If you charge for 250 km (50 kWh) per month at IONITY charging points with Fortum Charge & Drive, you would already pay off the monthly fee of the IONITY Pass Standard.

  -If you charge for 315 km (63 kWh) per month at IONITY charging points with Fortum Charge & Drive, you would already pay off the monthly fee of the IONITY Pass Plus.

  Sweden

  -If you charge for 210 km (42 kWh) per month at IONITY charging points with Fortum Charge & Drive, you would already paid of the monthly fee of the IONITY Pass Standard

  -If you charge for 260 km (52 kWh) per month at IONITY charging points with Fortum Charge & Drive, you would already pay off the monthly fee of the IONITY Pass Plus.

  How example calculations are made:

  The calculations above assume an EV consumes approximately 20kWh per 100 kilometers. The calculations compare IONITY Pass's discounted prices with "normal" undiscounted IONITY prices in June 2024. IONITY's normal charging price, without IONITY Pass discount in June 2024: Finland: 0,59€/kWh, Norway: 5,40 NOK/kWh, Sweden: 6,4 SEK/kWh.

• If I charge my EV in another country, in which currency will I be billed for?

  If you drive and charge your EV in Finland, Sweden and Norway with IONITY Pass, your IONITY EV charging costs will be billed always in local currency from your credit card.

• If I cannot see IONITY Pass offer in my Fortum Charge & Drive app, what to check?

  In order to see the IONITY Pass offer in the section "Subscriptions" in your Fortum Charge & Drive app, you first need to have set Credit Card as payment method in your Charge & Drive app.
  
  Thus, check the payment method and set it to Credit Card.
  
  Here is the ordering path in the app, for IONITY Pass:
  
  1. Click "Account" in the bottom right (People icon)
  2. Under "Account" click "Subscriptions"
  3. Click "more details" and select IONITY Pass Standard or IONITY Pass Plus
  4. Scroll down and mark the "I agree to the terms and conditions" check box
  5. After agreeing terms & conditions, choose "Continue"
  6. On next page click "Subscribe"
  
  

• If I have a prepaid balance on my account, can I use it to pay for my IONITY Pass?

  Yes, if you have a prepaid balance, it will be used first before your credit card is charged.

• Is the IONITY Pass available for fleet or B2B customers?

  No, IONITY Pass is only available for private customers / B2C consumer customers.

• Can I switch between the different IONITY Passes? How do I do that?

  You can upgrade the IONITY Pass Standard to IONITY Pass Plus anytime in the Fortum Charge & Drive app. Just go to the associated section and select IONITY Pass Plus.
  
  You will receive an order confirmation both in the Fortum Charge & Drive app and in the email registered in the user account. The switch will be implemented immediately and visible in the app.
  
  You can also downgrade your IONITY Pass Plus to IONITY Pass Standard within the app. You can see the change in the Charge & Drive app but it will only take effect from the next billing date. You can also see your billing date in the Fortum Charge & Drive app.

• How will the monthly fees for my IONITY Pass be collected?

  The monthly fees of IONITY Pass will be collected and charged from your Credit Card on a monthly basis, starting with the day you subscribe and then every month the same date, your billing date. For example: If you subscribe the IONITY Pass on 02.08.2024, you will be charged on the same day. The next month you will be charged the 02.09.2024.

• What are the terms and conditions for the IONITY Pass?

  IONITY Pass allows you to charge your EV at a reduced, fixed price on IONITY charging points, paying a monthly fee. IONITY Pass is valid in Norway, Sweden and Finland. You can terminate your IONITY Pass subscription at any time, with a notice period of one month. See addition information in the Terms and Conditions of IONITY Pass.

• How long is IONITY Pass and it's discount available?
