This website is partially compliant with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019), due to non-compliances listed in the following “Non-accessible content” section.

Non-accessible content

The following content is non-accessible according to the requirements, because of the following non-accessible content:

  • There is no visual sitemap available on the site. The links in the header and footer function as a sitemap, but no standalone page is available.

The issues described are known and documented in Fortum Strøm AS’s issue tracker. They were compiled as part of an audit, which included suggestions and guidance for fixing them.

Subsequent updates to these issues will be validated, to ensure that the content is accessible.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on February 10, 2023.

The statement was prepared as follows:

  • An initial audit of the website’s accessibility (based on WCAG) was conducted by a third party (Futurice Oy) in February 2023. A list of non-compliance issues with regards to WCAG AA was compiled.

  • This statement was then prepared based on the items fixed from this audit, as well as those that are not yet fixed or in-progress.

The statement was last reviewed on March 8, 2023.

If you notice any accessibility issues on the site, first send feedback to the site administrator, as described in the “Feedback and contact information” section. We aim to respond to you within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with the reply, or if you do not receive any response within 14 days, please give feedback to the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland. Refer to the Agency’s website saavutettavuusvaatimukset.fi/oikeutesi/ (available in Finnish and Swedish) for a description of how the complaint can be filed and how the matter will be handled.
