Campaign Terms and Conditions (T&C's) for Charge & Drive Pluss Juli and for Charge & Drive Pluss Sommer (English) 

1. General

These terms govern the Campaign of Charge & Drive Pluss Juli and Charge & Drive Pluss Sommer, a service (the “Campaign”) for EV-charging, agreed between the Fortum Charge & Drive entity (“Fortum Charge & Drive”), which the consumer who has subscribed the Campaign (“Subscriber”) is a Fortum Charge & Drive customer of, namely Fortum Strøm AS, business ID 982584027, Askekroken 11, 0277 Oslo, Norway, postal address Postboks 184 Skøyen, NO-0212 Oslo.

These terms (“Campaign Terms”) apply in addition to Fortum Charge & Drive’s General Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice. Fortum Charge & Drive's customer service can be reached via email: chargedrive.no@fortum.com or via phone: +47 2255 5424.

2. Terms of service

a. General The Campaign enables the Subscriber for a fixed fee for the Campaign period to charge his EV at a fixed price of 4,99 NOK/kWh (incl. VAT) during the applicable campaign period on fast DC charging (50kW & above) at charging stations in the Fortum Charge & Drive charging network in Norway. At all times applicable charging stations can be found in the Fortum Charge & Drive app.

The rights and benefits of the Campaign are non-transferable, personal and for non-commercial use only. The Campaign shall be used only by the Subscriber, who is also the account holder of Fortum Charge & Drive and the respective authorized users as defined in Fortum Charge & Drive’s General Terms & Conditions. A Subscriber is allowed to conduct only one electric vehicle (EV) charging session with the Discount at a time. Simultaneous charging sessions are not permitted. Misuse of the rights and benefits of the Campaign is a breach of these Campaign Terms.

For the Discount to be enabled, the Subscriber must have activated the Campaign and start/stop their EV charging session with a Fortum Charge & Drive charging key (virtual charging key or physical RFID key). Virtual charging key being the Fortum Charge & Drive app connected to the Fortum Charge & Drive account on which the Campaign is activated.

b. Qualifications This Campaign is at present only offered for personal use to Fortum Charge & Drive consumer customers residing within Norway. Fortum Charge & Drive can exclude customers with overdue payments (unpaid debts) from subscribing to Charge & Drive Pluss.

The Campaign is not offered to consumer customers with three (3) or more charging keys (virtual charging key or physical RFID key) activated on their Fortum Charge & Drive account.

c. Volume cap The Campaign and its preferential pricing is valid up to a maximum of 1 000 kWh (“Volume Cap”) per calendar month.

For Subscribers exceeding the specified volume cap, Fortum Charge & Drive reserves the right to terminate the Campaign without previous notice period.

For any charging above the Volume Cap within a calendar month, Fortum Charge & Drive Reserves the right the right to retroactively debit the Subscriber for the Volume CAP exceeding charging volume according to each applicable List Price, without discount.

3. Fees & prices
a. Campaign Fees

Charge & Drive Pluss Juli: Campaign fee: 249 NOK (incl. VAT). Valid for charging with the campaign discount during July, after having activated the campaign code in the Fortum Charge & Drive app.

Charge & Drive Pluss Sommer: Campaign fee: 399 NOK (incl. VAT). Valid for charging in July and August, after having activated the campaign code in the Fortum Charge & Drive app.

Campaign is activated by purchasing and enabling the Campaign through the Fortum Charge & Drive app. The Campaign fee, including applicable VAT, will be paid in advance of the Campaign period with the chosen payment method in the Subscriber’s Fortum Charge & Drive account settings. For avoidance of doubt, the Campaign fee does not constitute payment for EV charging sessions, but an access fee to enable the charging with the Discount.

b. Charging with the Discount
With an active Campaign, a Subscriber may initiate an EV charging session at selected charging points to which the Campaign applies, see Section 2 a. above. For avoidance of doubt, the price that is displayed to Subscribers in the Fortum Charge & Drive app is the valid price for the session. The Discount or any other discounts have already been deducted in the displayed price.

Discounts from multiple Campaigns cannot be combined. In case the Subscriber is enrolled in multiple Campaigns, the best price, compared to the standard price per kWh, available at the Charge & Drive service, will be applied.

Campaign period and termination

The Campaign is valid only for the defined campaign period (July 2026 or July–August 2026, depending on the selected Charge & Drive Pluss product).

After the applicable campaign period ends, the Subscription automatically ceases without further notice.

Fortum Charge & Drive may immediately terminate the Subscriber’s access to the Campaign in accordance with these Campaign Terms, or if the Subscriber has breached these Campaign Terms or the Fortum Charge & Drive Terms & Conditions.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Campaign within 14 days from the acceptance of these Campaign Terms without need to specify any reason by contacting the Fortum Charge & Drive customer service or, using the withdrawal form stating the withdrawal from the Campaign contract

If the Subscriber withdraws from the contract before the 14 days withdrawal period has expired, Fortum Charge & Drive will refund the Campaign fee that has been received without undue delay, latest within 14 days from the day the withdrawal notification was received, using the same payment method for the refund as used for the original transaction. If the Discount has been used, the Subscriber is obliged to pay a reasonable amount for the benefit he has received, which can be either the Campaign fee for each day the Discount has been used or the difference between the list price for the charging sessions and the debited discounted price that has been paid. The withdrawal right does not apply to EV charging sessions.
